Antifa’s plan to start a civil war kicks off on Saturday in cities across America

Police across the country are preparing for possible violence as thousands of Antifa’s self-described “soldiers” take to the streets on Saturday to launch what they are calling their “movement to remove Trump/Pence from office and end the white, fascist takeover of America.”

The group, who is funded by left-wing billionaire George Soros, started preparations for their national day of action several weeks ago.  They recently ran a full-page ad in the New York Times that read, “This nightmare must end. The Trump/Pence Regime Must Go. November 4th, It Begins”

Antifa activists have been very vocal since Trump’s election, and their displays of public violence began on the day of his inauguration when they began smashing windows, torching cars, and beating Trump supporters in the nation’s capital. Since then, Antifa activists have fire-bombed colleges where conservatives are slated to speak, attacked white individuals on the streets near their rallies, and causes hundreds of thousands of dollars in property damage.

Saturday’s protests, according to one Antifa official, are just the beginning to what they hope will be a movement that leads to Trump stepping down from the presidency.

“We aren’t going away,” the official said. “We are going to take to the streets.  We are going to do whatever it takes to remove the fascist Trump dictator and his racist, KKK Nazi friends from office.  If you support Trump, we are against you.  And you will hear from us.”

So far, the rallies, which are scheduled in cities throughout the country, appear to be gaining the most popularity in liberal hubs like New York and San Francisco, according to Facebook events pages. As of Thursday afternoon, close to a thousand people had explicitly signed up to go to the New York rally, and a little less than 5,000 people had expressed an interest in attending the event without fully committing to going.

Conservative commentators, in the week leading up to the protests, have warned Trump supporters that this is just the start of Antifa’s efforts to spark a civil war and widespread political violence across the country.

In one video, a uniformed police officer warns Trump supporters and Americans that police officials across the country are taking the threat from Antifa seriously.

Peltz, over the course of roughly four minutes, warns of the coming civil war. “[The antifa] are fundraising for weapons, training, ammunition, supplies…. They will start off by attacking police officers, first responders, anybody that’s in uniform,” Peltz says at one point. “If you’re white, you’re a Trump supporter, you’re a Nazi then to them. And it will be open game on you.”

Stay tuned throughout the day for updates on Antifa’s day of action.
